**Your new company**
A global business in the heart of Chelmsford are looking for a HR Specialist to join their large HR team, assisting with all the HR administration.
**Your new role**
Your job will be working within the HR team, processing offer letters and contracts up to nearly 200 a month, onboarding new starters, ensuring they have a good joining experience, carrying out the vetting checks and managing the process, working closely withthe L&D and HR teams.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have experience as a Recruitment Administrator dealing with high volumes, confident with compliance and have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a professional and fast paced environment.
**What you'll get in return**
Benefits include working 35 hour week, 9-5, hybrid working so only two days based in the office, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays which rises with service, bonus scheme, health cashplan, pension and flexible benefits package too.
