Senior HR Advisor - Spalding

**Salary**: up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits
Location: Spalding
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, flexible on start/finish times
The Company:
We are delighted to be representing a leader in the fresh produce industry, seeking an HR Generalist to join their Spalding based site. This role will be paramount to the business, looking after the HR function for the site and all ER issues, as well as supportingthe senior operations teams, in both the strategic and operational elements of HR.
Accountabilities of the Senior HR Advisor include:

- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Effective management of all ER issues within the site
- Helping to create an effective company culture - measured using regular employee surveys
- Assessment of training needs and design/implementation of training programs including utilisation of the Apprenticeship Levy fund
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Effective use of HR KPIs as part of reporting on business performance
- Partner with managers to efficiently handle employee relation issues in a pragmatic and efficient manner, including organizational restructures, employee relations, terminations, grievances, misconduct, code of conduct issues and disciplinary action
- Hold formal hearings including performance management, absence management and investigations
- Management of HR systems within the business
- Development of productive relationships with senior Operations management team throughout the business
- Communicate all aspects of HR Policy to senior management team and become an ambassador for the function within the business
- Provide up to date HR advice
To be considered for the position:

- You will be an experienced HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor, ideally with a background in the manufacturing or fresh produce sector
- You will be CIPD Level 5 accredited or working towards it
- You will have generalist experience including key areas of HR such as - ER, employee development and retention, payroll, L&D, etc.
- You will live a commutable distance from Spalding
