**Your responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of claims management, taking charge of new claims, collaborating with third parties and skillfully negotiating settlements and services with key insurer contacts. Additionally, you'll provide crucial support to the firm's Executives by conducting claims research, analysing management information (MI) and preparing comprehensive reports that will be presented directly to clients.
