We are actively seeking a confident, adaptable and committed individual to join our wonderful client based in Slough on a temporary basis.
You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team to assist the day to day running of the reception area and office whilst contributing to providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
**Duties**:
- Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
- Welcoming in visitors to the office
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with any office related tasks (stocking fridge, ensuring tidy and presentable work space etc)
- Supporting other team members wherever needed.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with face to face customer service or reception
- A proactive approach with ability to adapt and use own initiative
