**Technical Compliance Coordinator**

**Hybrid working from our Covent Garden office**

**£28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience**

**Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm**

Within this role you will be working as a key part of the Technical and Compliance Team and reporting to the Technical & Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers safe by ensuring the smooth running of various property safety and compliance events, and the timely remediation of any identified property compliance actions.

**This is a hybrid working opportunity, which will include 2-3 days a week in our Covent Garden office.**

**What will you be doing?**
- To assist the Technical and Compliance Manager in the effective leadership and management of the statutory compliance events, managing the compliance related risks within the compliance risk register.
- Scheduling compliance works activities with contractors, arranging access, coordinate the request for welfare visits and preparation of access legal packs.
- Ensuring contractors submit all relevant documentations and evidence upon completion of any compliance activity.
- Uploading certifications into the True Compliance system and addressing queries thereafter.
- Closing all completed jobs on all systems and ensuring all relevant support folders are updated with the required certification.
- Assigning work to contractors within a set time frame and informing residents of attendance where applicable, ensuring appointments suits all parties.
- Raising purchase orders for additional and follow on works.
- Raising authorised follow-on works with contractors.
- Processing and ensuring that Customers queries are addressed in a timely manner by the appropriate Technical and Compliance Manager.
- To promote good working relationships with your colleagues and the company's managing agent and contractors.
- Ensuring all received invoices are coded and the invoice tracker updated.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Planning experience within Social Housing, especially in relation to Gas Servicing program
- Excellent attention to details and processes.
- Property Compliance / maintenance knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Customer Service focus
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and efficient administration skills
