Salary : £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
The Role:
- Our client are going through an exciting and challenging period as they integrate as a single standalone UK business. This integration means that they must work seamlessly along their value chains straddling multiple locations and different functions.
- Their Transformation program has been designed to enable, encourage and reward this way of working so is critical to future sustainability of steelmaking in the UK. Transformation supports and drives over 500 improvement projects across the organisation aimingfor over £200m of sustainable improvements over the next 3 years.
- As a member of the Transformation team you will play a vital role in achieving this target and securing the future of their business. You will receive excellent training, support and continued development but we will also offer a competitive salary and superbbenefits package.
- Our Transformation division are looking to recruit a Transformation Manager to work with the Commercial, Operations, Technical and Supply Chain Functions to facilitate delivery of overall Transformation targets, and to ensure strong pipeline of improvementswithin selected product value streams.
As a Transformation Manager you will deliver strategic business improvement through deployment and facilitation of Continuous Improvement (CI) techniques including Impact Centres.
You will be experienced to syndicate the overall Transformation program benefit reporting & planning.
- You will have a good understanding of IT Tools like Power BI, CLARITY, Other Analytical tools.
- You will Network with different functions for better syndication and faster decision making.
- Evidence of Perseverance Is essential to ensure timely deployment.
- You will be an excellent communicator.
