Description

**Role Purpose and Role Dimensions**:
>To provide high quality routine business support, ensuring that service standards and customer requirements are met in accordance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

>To build supportive and collaborative ways of working with other Unit Coordinators in order to facilitate flexible and lateral working across Business Support.

>Participate in the development and implementation of service improvements, ensuring compliance with statutory guidance and policies Provide guidance, support and expertise to other Business Support staff as directed by senior Business Support staff.

>Ensure that processes, systems and governance arrangements are followed and fit for purpose. Champion the professional integrity of the Business Support Service. Identify operational risks and ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate the risks to the service.

**Key Accountabilities**:
>Preparation of standard documents, standard/template letters, and standard reports, where possible channel-shifting communications with customers and stakeholders towards electronic and digital methods.

>Provide a mail handling, scanning, indexing and photocopying service for medium level requests.

>Managing data entry in a timely manner ensuring quality and accuracy of data and correct use technical solutions provided.
