International Key Account Manager

Known for their expert focus and attention this dynamic fragrance company founded by a world-renowned fragrance entrepreneur is looking for an international Key Account Manager to join them.

With a focus on western Europe retailers and distributors, the role requires someone with experience in beauty, fragrance, or FMCG.

**Skills**:

- Solid experience in a Sales/Business Development/Brand Manager position
- Distributor & Account Management experience
- Commercial acumen
- experience managing budgets
- Fluent in German and/or French - is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiator and capacity to influence
- Process-driven with an eye for analytics and a determination to meet deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage key relationships and build partnerships to drive growth through the delivery of key strategic plans
- Create business plans in conjunction with key stakeholders, developing, monitoring, and achieving key objectives within them
- Define budgets, negotiate and monitor A&P accounts - defining budgets per market at the brand level. Undertaking monthly estimates and sales projections
- Undertake annual audits
- Ensure the database is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Follow up and manage purchase plans, orders, and invoices of distributors and accounts to achieve NB sales targets
- Provide brand equity guidelines to ensure strong In Store lasting visibility
- Define and follow up trading and selling conditions
- Agree to listings for all new products when required
