Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals, you will be the main point of call for all inbound enquiries
- Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Sage CRM and Xpedeon would be beneficial

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
