A UK based market leader in the supply of aluminium and other metals into the manufacturing industry.

The role of Customs Compliance Leader in Birmingham will involve:

- Managing import/export activities.
- Dealing with any customs issues/HMRC.
- Updating all relevant information to the system.
- Keeping up-to-date with current customs rules and regulations.
- Reporting data.
- Liaising with freight companies.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Customs Compliance Leader will have:

- Worked in an import/export environment.
- Good knowledge of customs/HMRC.
- Excellent IT skills.
- The ability to communicate at all levels.

Desired:

- Worked with bonded goods.
- A background in the aerospace/defence manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
