Sales Administrator

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Raising sales orders on SAGE
- Allocate stock items on orders
- Send samples requested by the sales team
- Process sales returns on SAGE when agreed
- Upload information to the internal portal
- Ensure that there are enough samples and brochures are available
- Book parcels in TNT/DPD
- Pick & Despatch accessories going via courier
- Process card payments and follow up retail customers for order payment

Other general administrative duties

**Key Experiences**:

- Experience of working in a similar varied role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good organisational skills, able to manage a varied work load and meet deadlines
- Confident telephone manner to speak to customers and suppliers
- Good IT skills

Flexibility and willingness to learn, take on new tasks and adapt to the needs of the department/business

**Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Sage 200 (Desirable)
- MS Office
