We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our fast paced office team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.

**The role will include**
Taking, processing, scheduling and progressing customer orders
Preparation of customer quotations for goods and deliveries
Preparing despatch documents and issuing to despatch team
Placing and progressing supplier purchase orders and basic stock control
Supporting our production team with any order related enquiries they have
Supporting our sales and management team with administration based duties
Various general admin duties where required
**Essential Skills & Experience**
At least 2 years of office administrative experience
Customer service driven who thrives in a busy, high pressured environment
Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word + Outlook
**Desired Skills & Experience**
Knowledge of SAGE order processing or similar would be an advantage
Experience of working in a manufacturing/logístical setting
**Personal Qualities**
A natural communicator both verbal and written
Great telephone ability
Extremely polite and friendly
Great attention to detail
Organised
Be willing to go that extra mile
Flexible and adaptable approach to rapidly changing requirements
**Further Information**
Hours - Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm
Due to rural location own transport is essential.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.
