Executive Assistant to Executive Team

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic, talented, self-motivated and focused individual to join our team to provide first class support to the Executive Team. You will have significant experience of working as a PA at Executive or Director level and beable to work autonomously providing a full range of high level support, including complex diary management, effective prioritisation and have working experience of supporting meetings and be able to accurately take and transcribe minutes.
**The Role**
- Supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with day-to-day duties
- Providing extensive calendar and inbox management for the ELT
- Support with drafting meeting agendas and minute taking at monthly team meetings and the monthly ELT team meeting.
- Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
- Ensure that the ELT are on top of, and working on, the organization's most important priorities.
- Partner with the ELT and CEO's EA in building a collaborative working environment, exercising good judgment and professionalism
- Partner with the ELT to ensure execution and reporting aligned to the strategy and objectives.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities - staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs.
- Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed.
- Assist with drafting of presentations and other documents as required.
**The Person**
- Proven experience as an Executive Team Assistant in a fast-moving environment, supporting multiple senior leaders at C-Suite level
- Extensive minute-taking experience at a senior level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint / Teams)
- Exceptional judgment and discretion regarding information, which may be confidential, material and/or non-public
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity
