**Summary**

Due to the client location, you will need access to your own vehicle.

**General duties to include**:

- Bookkeeping - entering invoices, posting bank entries, bank reconciliations, invoicing
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing weekly payment sheets for Director i.e Supplier/Adhoc and also CIS Sub contractors
- Posting bank entries
- Updating rental payment spreadsheet weekly to record rents received
- Prepare invoices for rechargeable utility bills on rentals
- Intercompany transactions - reconcile payments between bank accounts
- Loan accounts between companies
- Prepare and submit Monthly CIS returns
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT Returns
- Adhoc reporting - usually using spreadsheets

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience within an accounts related position, using Sage 50
- Experience from within the construction industry highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of year end accounts
