The Presentations/Graphics Specialist is an intermediate level position, which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

This specialist provides Presentations/Graphics services, including but not limited to creation of pitch books and live deal materials and other marketing collateral. Additionally, the specialist liaises with project coordinators and internal clients (investment & corporate bankers) to clarify briefs and ensure visual excellence in their messaging. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day production/design support with potentially complex/sensitive documents.

**Responsibilities**
- Works closely with presentation specialists and designers, project coordinators, and other teammates to create pitch materials
- Assists with the production of creative PowerPoint output and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials
- Ensures all materials produced are correctly branded as per Citi standards and advises clients on the use of the Citi brand
- Liaises directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
- Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
- Assists with Intake coordination when required
- Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
- Buddies new joiners post-training
- Contributes to best production practices through internal initiatives and programs

**Knowledge /Experience**
- Admin/operational support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, ideally in a financial institution

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience of relevant work experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable work experience
- Portfolio / samples of recent work

**Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) - essential
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional) - essential

**Competencies**
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and cope with pressure
- Ability to assess work and make decisions from a technical point of view and prioritize requests efficiently
- Readiness to follow processes, policies and procedures
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team
- Creativity and strong understanding of the fundamental principles of graphic design and layout

This role is an evening shift position working Monday to Friday, 2.30pm until 10.30pm with an hour for lunch.
