**Salary**: £38,000 per annum plus 10% shift allowance (£41,800 total)

Location: London, EC1A

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Work model: Onsite

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 13:00-21:00 with 30 min break

Williams Lea seeks a Senior Presentations Specialist to join our team

Purpose of role

Responsible for primarily ensuring that a first class service and experience is delivered to the client at all times always taking in to account customer journey and experience as well as Williams Lea contractual SLA’s and Operational requirements.

An experienced position delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by providing timely and accurate presentations support. Expert experience in handling creation, formatting, edits, proofreading, etc. for various presentations and pitch materials requested by client personnel.

Key responsibilities
- To produce aesthetically pleasing presentation materials within Bank’s branding guidelines
- To drive creativity within the team
- Point of contact for team to discuss on-the-job improvement opportunities
- To review, critique and provide constructive feedback for creative work produced by the team
- To take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines
- To use Symphony for job related duties accurately and effectively
- To share knowledge and encourage a supportive team culture
- Taking a pro-active approach to attendance and time management
- Ensuring adherence of objectives and contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators)
- Deputise in absence of the Shift Manager
- Attend to the front desk area in the absence of the Workflow Coordinator
- To act in a professional and consultative manner to all clients
- To ensure a clear and comprehensive handover for any incoming staff

General tasks
- Guide and develop the team to improve creative output
- Assist Shift manager in team development helping with development plans and being key to uplifting the teams aesthetic output
- Accurate and timely production of all Presentations materials
- Ensure all work is quality checked before being returned to the client
- Ensure complete submission of work to be randomly quality checked
- Adherence of department policies and procedures
- Reporting of any issues to relevant parties

Personal attributes
- Formally design trained with a relevant qualification in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
- Expert level Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe lllustrator
- Natural leader and training abilities, ability to communicate thought processes related to design
- Experience of working in a corporate culture
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- Calm and mature personality with the ability to work in a team or autonomously, in a pressured environment
- Self-motivated, ability to think on the spot
- Continual improvement mentality, open and receptive to feedback
- Strong service mentality, commitment to service excellence is essential
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- Should be a quick learner, able to pick up skills relevant to the service needs
- Determination to achieve results and being prepared to put in extra effort when required
- Accountability for own results
- Advanced knowledge of graphics production software (Adobe Creative Cloud) and is also required
- An interest in next generation of Presentations and providing innovative digital solutions is desired
- Exposure to a shift environment would be beneficial
