A fantastic opportunity to join a niche commercial business based close to Ely where you will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all logistics operations within the company.

**Duties will include**:

- Creating purchase orders for suppliers and freight forwarding companies.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock arrives on time.
- Creating shipping invoices and export certification.
- Accurately maintain reports on shipments and update relevant spreadsheets.
- Update and amend customer details on in house system.
- Create and maintain pricing files and spreadsheets.

**Experience / skills required**:

- A real team player with outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills *Essential*
- Fantastic attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills.
- Ability to work independently when necessary.

**Hours of work**:

- 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
- Monday to Friday
