Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Update and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and follow phone etiquette
- Coordinate a team to cover sickness and holiday cover
- Carry out clerical and administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a clerical or office environment
- Proficient in computerised data entry processes
- Strong organisational skills to manage data effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good administrative skills to support office operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
