Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tractor Operator to join our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors and other equipment to perform various tasks related to producing high quality fresh herbs and baby leaf salads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate tractors and other heavy equipment to perform tasks such as topping, irrigating, and a range of other tasks
- Help to maintain and repair equipment as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating tractors and other heavy equipment
- Ability to maintain and repair equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
