Are you an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant or Support Worker looking for a new opportunity in Eastbourne? **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional personal care and support to clients.
- Adhere to care plans and risk assessments to meet clients’ individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months previous paid experience as a carer or support worker.
- Availability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
- Full License and own car essential for this role.
