**Quality Technical Administrator (QTA)**

Join our team as a Quality Technical Administrator (QTA). This is a key role within the Quality Assurance team - you will provide support to maintain compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and to achieve the delivery of customer deployment projects for the OCELLOS by TrakCel product.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Administration of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS):

- New starter and leaver administration in the eQMS
- Maintenance of training packages in the eQMS
- Uploading completed records and documents to the eQMS
- Migration of historic records and documents to the eQMS
- Monitor due status of Competency Records in the eQMS and liaise with department managers to initiate
- Provide eQMS support to users and liaise with service provider on unresolved user issues
- Manage document change requests
- Support in the collation and reporting of Key Performance Indicators associated with the QMS
- Monitor and report on completion of training in the business
- Provide support during customer audits as scribe and liaison with TrakCel departments
- Scribe for Management Review Meetings
- Management of documents through DocuSign
- Provide support to other members of the QA team, as required

**Skills and Experience
- Essential**
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role
- 5 GCSE’s / O Levels A-C grade or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of working independently and following a best practice approach
- Able to work effectively with colleagues across all functional areas to achieve objectives whilst maintaining good working relationships

**Skills and Experience-Desirable**
- Experience of working within an ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Experience of working within Life Sciences or other regulated industries
- Experience of working with an electronic Quality Management System
