**Overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our HR & Payroll System Selection Project in preparation for the roll out of our new HR & Payroll system.

**Responsibilities**:
The post holder will be responsible for conducting a thorough data quality audit and data cleanse on organisational wide HR data within our current HR & Payroll system.

This role will utilise the data available to ensure an accurate and reliable data set.

Working with the HRIS Team Leader for HR Projects the postholder will be guided through a series of data checks to conduct. This will involve working through HR employee files and liaising with the wider organisation to check and confirm key data. The postholder will report their findings to the project team to gain agreement and implement the next steps.

Due to the nature of the role we can support home or hybrid working. You will be contractually based at your nearest Change Grow Live service or Regional Business Unit (London, Brighton, Manchester or Leeds) and there may be a requirement to attend meetings in, or work from a Change Grow Live building from time to time.
