This is an exciting new role within the chief of staff team. You will be responsible for Independently assessing every potential involuntary PPM install within the business and providing real time support to Field agents to assess for potential vulnerabilities when on site.

There is a brand new code of practice to make sure when the only option to collect debt is involuntary PPM installation we get it right for our customers and business making sure it is safe and reasonably practicable.

You will be responsible for making sure every involuntary prepay meter fitted is compliant by carrying out an independent assessment, ensuring it is correctly documented and saved.

You will also need to highlight and feedback where things have gone wrong or they need escalating for a decision.

You will also assist with internal and external audit activity.
