**Job description**

Immediate Care Medical are an independent ambulance service looking for an Staff Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our expanding operations team business based in Birmingham.

As an Staff Scheduling Co-ordinator you will work within a team within all areas of the business, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
The main focus of the role will be recruiting for and filling a variety of staffing requirements to cover the businesses many events-based clients such as premier football games, marathons, music festivals, various other events and patient transport services.

**Salary**: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week Mon to Fri
20 days holiday + 8 stats
Free street parking

Duties will include:

- Managing the events bookings system, ensuring all staff requirements are covered, booked in and all administration is completed
- High volume in and outbound telephone calls organising and filling staffing requirements across a variety of events
- Preparing job tickets ready for events to commence
- Setting up staff on the jobs portal and advertising and promoting future requirements
- Answering a variety of staffing needs such as, logistics information, start times, payments and all other staff related issues
- Liaising with the logistics teams making sure they are aware of all vehicle needs and staff reporting in for each event

A background such as recruitment or events staffing would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent telephone manner is essential for this role.
This is a non sales-based position, so may suit an ex consultant no longer looking for the selling element of the recruitment role.
