Fircroft is a residential college occupying a former Cadbury family home, set in six acres of beautiful grounds in Selly
Oak, Birmingham. We were originally founded to provide educational opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged and excluded members of society. More than one hundred years on from the birth of Fircroft College, its mission of ‘social justice’ is more relevant than ever.

We are looking to appoint an Admissions and IAG Co-ordinator. The post holder will be required to coordinate people and processes in admissions and Reception, provide Careers Information Advice and Guidance, and help keep students safe in a 24/7 college.

The right person will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks, who is self
- managed with a strong work ethic, who has a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude and is a completer/finisher.
