An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, hardworking team here at Riverside Surgery, Port Talbot. We deliver a high standard of care to the local population with over 9,000 patients.

This is a challenging but rewarding role and therefore medical receptionist experience is mandatory. **Vision software experience is desirable**.

Responsibilities include answering the phone, general administration, liaising with GP's and other healthcare bodies, pathology results to patients, repeat prescriptions, scanning medical letters, and using clinical software.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telephony: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
