Cipp Lining Technical Demonstrator/trainer

The company is a specialist in the growing field of trenchless technologies, for the repair of damaged utility pipelines without excavation. Due to continuous growth, we are now looking to appoint a CIPP Lining Technical Demonstrator to join our company, working 39 hours, Monday to Friday. As CIPP Lining Technical Demonstrator, your primary focus will involve the supply of new and existing customers with all equipment relevant to the CIPP lining category by providing on-site demonstrations, technical support and training for key customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Carry out product demonstrations as required on customer sites and at S1E premises.
- Provide training for customers on equipment/materials and methods.
- Undertake training to stay up to date with the latest methods of trenchless repair. Will require travel abroad.
- Provide feedback on demonstrations, training & equipment/materials.
- Liaising with clients on matters relating to products provided by S1E.
- Promote the company as an ambassador for the brand, S1E.
- Working away from home if necessary to provide training/demonstrations.
- Support all product development.
- Provide customer-specific technical support assisting customers and the internal S1E team.
- Carry out product training as required with relevant contractors.
**Requirements**:
- General lining and drainage experience - _UV Lining experience would be advantageous._
- Site experience an advantage
- Excellent customer skills
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent timekeeping and management.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel/Word)
- Full, clean driving licence & valid passport
- Willing to travel
**Other Information**
- Hours - 39 hours per week (08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 08.30 to 16.00 Friday). Flexibility is essential to meet business needs.
- Office based role in Grimethorpe, S72 however, an element of working away will be required to provide and undertake training along with product demonstrations.
