Our client, one of Derby's leading Higher Education Providers are working in partnership with us, Blue Arrow Derby and we are currently looking to recruit an experienced PA on a full-time temp to perm basis to join their existing team.

**Duties as a PA include but aren't limited to**:

- Supporting the PVC/Dean to build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Minute taking for a range of civic, academic and HR meetings.
- Understanding the companies regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating events, providing support for setting up and running of events in the day.
- Updating diaries and making appointments as appropriate.
- Research information and creating draft documents, demonstrating a high level of digital capability/ IT skills such as E-mail, spreadsheets, powerpoint, databases etc.
- Prepare information required for audits and returns.
- Providing highly confidential support to the PVC/Dean and Deputy.
- Line management responsibility of a College Support Administrator (CSA)
- Proven PA experience of supporting at a senior executive level preferably in a large and complex organisation (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience from public sector/NHS/Education background ideal.
- Excellent minute taking skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience handling sensitive situations, recognising confidential issues and dealing with them appropriately and with discretion. (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience of managing a diverse workload.
- Can meet deadlines, effectively manage own time, prioritise.
- Educated to HND level standard or demonstrable equivalent experience
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent.
- Proof reading skills and the ability of maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Digital and data literacy and excellent computing skills.
