Senior Project Coordinator

**Job Type**: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time

Location: Wolverhampton, Fully Office Based

Hours: Monday - Thursday (9am - 5pm) and Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Our client who is world leading in their industry, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, scheduling appointments, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administration duties to support the project team.
- Assist project managers in planning, organising, and executing projects effectively.
- Schedule domestic survey appointments, meeting client service level agreements.
- Manage surveyor schedules to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, maintaining financial records.
- Attend client meetings as required, collaborating with the operations manager.
- Assist surveyors by booking accommodations when necessary.
- Ensure project timelines and deadlines are met.
- Identify and escalate any risks or obstacles that may impact project success.
- Undertake asbestos awareness training to recognise business opportunities (training provided).

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good customer service skills.
- Office-based background.
- Knowledge of asbestos is preferred but not essential (training will be provided).
