Due to the growth within their Professional risk division, they are looking for a Senior Broker Support Technician to join their team.
Your new role
Your new role working as a Senior Broker Support Technician means you will be responsible for creating timely and accurate accounting transactions, evidence of cover documentation and premium signings using the core processing system (Global XB). You will alsobe working with the Bureau (Xchanging as was now DXC) in the workings of accounting and settlement (A&S) protocols relating to the function of premium process and signings. The role includes working with the Accounting and Credit Control Team, to clear allbad debt, unallocated cash, uncollected brokerage, held funds, funding and signings. Other duties will include attending business unit, client, underwriter or market meetings, providing technical input, to coordinate and report where required the trackingof revenue at business unit level and provide an oversight and technical support to managers and team members across all locations
