**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
**Join our community
**We are currently recruiting for a full **time **permanent role, our full-time starting salary of £21,200 is made up of a base salary of £19,500, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.**

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background

**What else you need to know.**
In a full-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.
The role is based in Wolverhampton branch
