We have **exciting opportunities for passionate foodies** to join our growing team in our **new restaurant, The Farm Table **(recently voted Best Newcomer Restaurant by Food Magazine)**.**

The Farm Table is all about taking food off the farm & into the fire, celebrating the simplicity of **beautiful ingredients grown, reared, caught & crafted on our doorstep**. We aim to get as much from our farm onto the table as possible; seasonal vegetables, sparkling wine, bean-to-bar chocolate and of course, slow grown Ruby Red beef. If it’s not from the farm it’s from our vibrant community of likeminded producers who share our passion for flavour.

As Front of House, your role will be to deliver **service with soul**. Making guests feel at home, creating memorable experiences & building lasting relationships. We will provide you with **full training and support**, to help you to **build your knowledge and passion for local & artisan produce**, understand the relationships we have with our producers and providing the **best customer experience**. If you bring your passion and enthusiasm, we will help you with the rest.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibilities vary with role, as we're recruiting for a number of positions. However everyone will be responsible for upholding excellent customer service & standards.
- Those in leadership positions will be responsible for upholding & operating within the sites health & safety procedures, placing orders with suppliers & maintaining consistent stock levels, managing the customer experience (before, during & after their visit), offering training & guidance to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned in accordance with cleaning rotas and working with the Restaurant managers & kitchens to ensure a smooth operation.
- Other responsibilities include greeting & welcoming, taking customer orders, preparing and delivering food & drink, cleaning & maintaining company standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Passion for good food & drink is essential
- Team members must have a positive, warm & friendly nature
- We want our people to be inquisitive & curious, keen to learn new skills and progress within our teams
- For leadership positions, experience within the hospitality sector is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
