**Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position**
**Summary**
A position has become available within our client’s internal sales office.
Duties include:
1. Administration of Orders and Schedules
2. Offering solutions to customer’s issues, this may include an alternative part, Quoting with a proactive mindset to offer a wider range of products to maximise sales
3. Calling existing customers and potential new customers
4. Liaising with other departments (Purchasing, Production, External Team) to determine the best possible offer we can make to the customer
5. Build relationships with customers
6. Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy
**Skills Required**:
Experience in the hydraulics industry would be preferred where possible
SAP/Microsoft office experience preferred, but training can be given
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:
