We are looking for a strong co-ordinator, to join one of our prestigious clients in the Scarborough area on a FTC 12 month basis.
You will be organised in your approach, with a can-do attitude and a knack for negotiating prices and contracts.

**Key accountabilities**:
- Implement contract administration strategies with the objective of meeting business requirements for assurance of supply, quality service, cost, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring that the contracts meet business requirements and delivers a regular supply of the appropriate quality commodities and services at mínimal contractual risk and cost.
- Manage commercial relationships and ways of working with suppliers on contracts, to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of goods/services.
- Ensure commercial arrangements are closely and effectively managed, including the maintenance of the necessary electronic and hard files.
- Monitor and control compliance in respect of the Project or Business Unit contractual obligations.
- Preparation and formation of contract documents for tendering. Review and analyze commercial content from tenderers.
- Negotiate acceptable commercial terms and conditions including compensation structures from tenderers and prepare contract documents for approval.
- Responsible for commercial change management activities of assigned contracts until completion and close-out.
- Review completed work and the processing of payments.
- Provide support and advice re: claims on assigned contracts.
- Extensive experience in a similar role with contract commercial management activities
- Experience in contract administration and management in a EPCM and construction environment.
- Experience in an engineering or construction project contracts team.
- UK Driving Licence
