**We are representing a fantastic leading property development company in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator. **_**This is a temporary role for 1 month to start immediately with the possibility of an extension.**_

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will support the team in fulfilling their responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the business:

- Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately (in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures);
- Communicate with the Customer Service Managers to ensure all defects are dealt with by the appropriate personnel (including sending defect notifications and following up);
- Chase-up work outstanding daily and maintain the Homebuilder system updated;
- Arrange access into apartments when required for inspections and/or maintenance works;
- Keep purchasers and Housing Associations updated on progress at all times;
- Provide administrative support for the Department, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/sales paperwork, filing, etc.
- Prepare Works-at-Cost packs as instructed by the Customer Service Managers;
- Liaise between sub-contractors and the division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out;
- Arrange contra-charges where necessary.
- Liaise with Buying department - order materials as and when required.
- Support the department to ensure any issues that arise post-exchange are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
- Update weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel.
- Reception duties - relieving receptionist during breaks.
