Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading packaging manufacturer in their search for A **Part Time** **Customer Service Administrator** to work in their office in **Greenford**

**For the successful Part Time Customer Service Administrator our client is offering**:
i. £24,000 per annum pro rata
ii. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 2pm
iii. Fixed-term contract for a minimum of 12 months

**The role - Part Time Customer Service Administrator**:
i. Manage the day-to-day order requirements and accurate processing of customer orders to meet customer lead times
ii. Processing orders
iii. Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures for order processing and customer communication.
iv. Assist in the updating of order information post-production, as part of the team responsible to ensure the accuracy of product specifications.
v. Input ideas and help to implement specific projects including cost saving and margin improvement initiatives, within the appropriate area of influence.

**What our client is looking for in a Part Time Customer Service Administrator**:
i. Customer service or sales experience within a manufacturing environment - **ESSENTIAL**
ii. Experience in customer service and order processing
iii. UK Driving license - DESIRABLE
