We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative person to join our hardworking payroll and pensions team.

This is a permanent full-time role.

In this varied role, you will work closely with the Payroll and Pensions Manager to ensure that we provide a comprehensive and responsive in-house payroll service. Along with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy trust, we also provide Payroll services Derbyshire and Leicestershire covering 64 school.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

Our Central Team office is located just outside of Nottingham city centre and we offer a hybrid working model.

**About the role**

As Payroll and Pensions officer you will:

- Maintain accurate records within our HR system.
- Produce monthly payroll reports.
- Assist in preparing for the internal and external audit process.
- Deliver an efficient, effective and customer focused payroll and pension service to all academies within the Multi-Academy Trust.

**To be successful you will**:

- Have experience of working in a payroll, pensions or financial role in a busy and fast paced office
- Manage a varied and complex workload, ensuring delivery against strict deadlines.
- Be adept at working with and managing large amounts of complex information
- Be a strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly ICT literate with the ability to quickly adapt to different ICT systems
- Have a payroll or finance qualification, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience
