**Description**
Communicating the value of our services and products to new prospects you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth by identifying, generating, and qualifying new leads.
This is a B2B sales generation role that relies heavily on structured telephone use to generate new sales appointments or sales by understanding potential customer needs through specific and targeted questions, then making qualifying appointments or navigating to a sale.

We are looking for someone that is comfortable with telephone use including dealing with warm and cold call strategies and can undertake online research and utilise social media in a multi dimension approach.
You will receive a thorough onboarding process, where we will give you full industry training and sales training including approach scripts - everything you need to develop and manage your own sales pipeline, enjoying a great deal of independence in organising your work schedule within the KPI and SLA requirements.
To achieve success the understanding is that activities would be split in the region of 50% telephone outreach / 20% social lead generation / 15% data management / 15% research.
This is an office-based role and you must be able to commute to our office in Middlesbrough

**The Role**:
- Researching and identifying potential businesses and individual stakeholders across different functions that could benefit from our services and products.
- Telephone potential clients, getting past the gatekeeper to identify and speak with the decision maker.
- Making 20+ calls daily.
- In conversation determine the clients’ current communications usage, requirements, and challenges.
- Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages and benefits of our services and products whilst selling consultatively, making recommendations regarding the various solutions the Company offers for their business needs.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our TRBOcall platform.
- Sell consultatively, making recommendations to potential new clients regarding the various solutions the Company offers for their business needs.
- Maximise all opportunities in the process of closing a conversation.
- For direct product sale engagements generate itemised pre-quote documentation to allow our sales team to provide a quote or sales order.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of our business.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects and customer information including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our engagement software.
- Achieve the agreed engagement, appointments set and sales targets for the role on a rolling monthly basis.
- Act as a positive role model within the business and continually strive to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside colleagues and managers to provide exceptional service levels to customers.
- Undertake and successfully complete industry training and applicable level technical knowledge.

- Ability to build rapport with prospects at all levels, including C-suite.
