Key Responsibilities:
  1. Main point of contact for the company outside of normal working hours.
  2. Directing the movements of the Mobile Supervisory team.
  3. Ensuring key information is handed over to the day team.
Requirements:
  1. A clean DBS certificate.
  2. Excellent IT and administrative skills.
  3. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  4. Supervisory/Team Leading experience is preferable.
  5. A full manual UK Driving Licence (3 points or less).
  6. SIA Licence.

The ideal candidate will possess a clean DBS certificate, excellent IT and administrative skills, and excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Supervisory/Team Leading experience is preferable, and a full manual UK Driving Licence (3 points or less) and SIA Licence are required.

Working Hours:

Average of 40 hours a week on a rotation pattern. Shifts are predominantly night shifts with day coverage required at weekends and other times to suit the business need.
