Role: Key Account Manager (energy TPI)
**Salary**: £45k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Redhill/some home working
**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Offering full-service support to high profile, Industrial & Commercial clients
- Client liaison, feeding back solutions to meet their energy and sustainability management needs
- Attending regular business meetings, focus on upselling services to client base, client retention
- Ensuring smooth, efficient and on-time service delivery
- Handling and processing contract renewals
- Presenting additional value-added opportunities to clients
- Reviewing energy and sustainability strategies for the coming year
- Informing clients about their options regarding energy usage and sustainability
- Developing and implementing energy procurement
- Managing international service projects and co-ordination of service delivery
**Skills and experience required**:
- Track record in the energy sector in a client facing role, and passionate about providing great client service
- A commercial/business orientated mind-set is ideal
- Experience of risk managed flexible procurement, non-commodity charges, bureau services
- Friendly, logical and accommodating, enthusiastic and persuasive
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer skills
- Enjoys working with data to identify where patterns emerge
- Ability to accurately analyse sustainability and efficiency ROI business cases
- Highly numerate
- Must hold a clean UK driving license
