Service Delivery Leader

**What will this role of Service Delivery Leader entail?**

Reporting into the Depot Manager you will lead, support and motivate members of the maintenance teams to achieve set production targets. You will work closely with other departments in Arriva TrainCare to enable stronger team cohesion and effective working cross the depot. Duties will include:

- Implementation and maintenance of safety systems, production efficiency and quality output at the Crewe depot
- Manage the exam teams and light maintenance activities
- Pre-planning of operational movements and efficient depot throughput
- Carry out risk assessments, produce work instructions and review local operating procedures
- Carry out accident and incident investigations
- Manager and identify training requirements for direct reports
- Mentoring and coaching of team members to ensure job requirements are fulfilled
- Manage contractors on the depot

**What will I need to be considered for this Service Delivery Leader role?**
- Good standard of education, minimum apprentice trained Fitter/ Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering - Rail Traction & Rolling Stock preferred
- Full understanding of rail vehicle maintenance both electrical and mechanical
- Understanding of railway reporting systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
