London, United Kingdom AM Facilities Management Full time

We are a small and rapidly growing facilities management company based in SW London and the director now requires an assistant to help manage a growing workload both within this company and with other business interests.

The successful applicant will be highly numerate, highly organised and will have previous management experience ideally from within a service based environment although this is not essential. An understanding of how smaller businesses operate is important. Among other duties, the assistant will be closely monitoring profit and spend and the applicant will therefore have to understand how to use Excel. Quickbooks (or similar) and understanding of payroll would be an advantage.

The role may include travel within the UK and is likely to involve attendance at business and networking events and it is therefore important that the successful applicant is a highly effective communicator.

Applicants who enclose CVs advising of previous employment with HNWIs should be aware that this is not a close skill match and that the role is better viewed as a mix of financial and operational manager with both the authority and the responsibility which are associated with these roles.
