There is an exciting opportunity to work with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service’s Prince’s Trust Team.

As an Assistant Team Leader you'll support the recruitment and delivery of a 12-week personal development course for 12-15 unemployed young people aged 16 - 25 years of age. The programme includes a residential, fundraising, work in the community, skills sessions, work placement and the delivery of a qualification.

It's essential you're approachable, non-judgemental, inspiring, and empowering to be able to engage, enable positive change and focus our young people on their potential and their future. It's also essential that you have experience working with youth.

Please note, this post is based at Service HQ, however you'll be required to deliver programmes in Basingstoke.
