Reporting to the Clinical Quality Lead, supported by the Head of Operations and Clinical Quality based in the Maternity, Children and Young Peoples team which is part of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board.


Our vision is to be consistently recognised for commissioning and enabling delivery of high-quality family centred healthcare, which is innovative, equitable, efficient, effective and, where possible, prevention based, contributing to the healthiest population.


Children and Young People (CYP) referred to the CYP Complex Care service will receive a high-quality service ensuring that the child, family, and carers are at the heart of a personalisation approach.

We work closely with adult Continuing Healthcare to deliver the NHS All -age Continuing Care vision.
