We are currently recruiting for a Medical Devices Administrator within our Medical Devices team. We are looking for an individual who can deliver a high quality, customer focused service regarding the delivery and upkeep of our patients’ medical equipment.

As a Medical Devices Administrator, you will work collaboratively to agreed regulations, protocols, and targets, always ensuring the patient comes first. At the core of our values is our commitment to improve patient experience and outcomes and this role is no different.

This role will give you the opportunity to make a real impact on our patients journey by being a main point of contact for device related queries, being able to deliver a high standard of customer service to not only our patients but our partners as well.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels internally and externally
- Methodical and attentive to detail
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience in a similar role
