**This is the job** Joining the AA as a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will work closely with the wider Finance team to deliver the corporate planning process, including annual strategic planning, budgeting, in-year reforecasts, cash flow forecast and regular ad hoc analysis.

Within this role, you will have to opportunity to model, analyse, interpret data, and provide valuable insights to improve business improvements.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced FP&A professional with a creative and imaginative mindset to continuously improve and a hunger to drive forward positive change.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Support accurate annual budgets, monthly forecasts and Executive presentations working with the wider finance team to deliver against timeframes
- Identify and implement improvement within FP&A creating a more agile, accurate and insightful process, reporting and wider function
- Work closely with the wider finance team to drive team effectiveness and efficiencies through process automation and continuous improvement
- Drive financial and non-financial forecasting and KPIs, evaluate risks and opportunities for the management team
- Support on ad hoc projects including presentations to external parties (e.g., strategy consultants, rating agencies etc.)
- Manage the development of a more accurate cashflow forecasting process including analysis on working capital and monthly review vs forecast

**What do I need?** Essential:

- Demonstrable experience working within FP&A and business partnering within a financial role
- Technical Accountant with key knowledge of statutory accounting, processes and controls
- Stakeholder engagement experience at all levels including Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors
- Advanced user of Excel with ability to analyse data and build business cases
- A solution-thinker, continuously strives for improvement
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of our wider Financial team
