FP&A Analyst - Basingstoke - Hybrid working
**Your new company**
An international business in Basingstoke are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
- Preparing the budget & forecast, including relevant analysis
- Preparing monthly management analysis for incorporation into corporate reporting, including presentation of results for management review.
- Maintaining a proactive dialogue with Reporting Manager throughout the budgeting & forecasting cycle to manage expectations and escalate any delays or issues.
- Drive continuous improvement to analysis and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy & quality of analysis.
- Liaising with stakeholders within the business to ensure analysis remains relevant.
- Developing a commercial understanding of a subset of profit and loss accounts and continuously developing reporting & planning processes and analysis in response to changes in business processes or available information.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Part qualified - soon to be newly qualified
- 3 - 5 years experience
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- FP&A experience
