IN2 Consult is partnering with a global, FTSE listed business on the recruitment of a Senior FP&A Manager to join their ever growing finance function.

This role will play a pivotal part in helping reshape the company's FP&A function as well as helping to transform the forecasting process across the entire business and all 20

business units. This opportunity offers fantastic career progression opportunities up to the executive level roles in the next 3 years as well as a great culture and benefits package.

**This Senior FP&A Manager role includes the following duties**:

- Lead the implementation of reshaped forecasting processes across the business
- Build and develop the budgeting and forecasting methodology and processes
- Partner with Heads of departments and Finance Directors across the business to develop an efficient forecasting system
- Delivery of the Group 5 Year Strategic Plan
- Delivery of the Group’s Capital Plan
- Delivery and challenge of the Group’s annual budget process
- Partner with stakeholders to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting deliverables and data
- FP&A Process Ownership
- Ad-Hoc Duties

**Key Experienced Required for this role**:

- 5+ Years of Experience in a senior FP&A Role
- Experience in working for a large, fast paced business
- Experience in working within a transformation, change focused FP&A function
- Past exposure to leading on/ being a key part in the implementation and transformation of forecasting processes
- Proven track record of business partnering with key, C-Suite level stakeholders
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
- Strong communication skills
