What will the Finance Manager – FP&A role involve?

Update and maintain forecast models, KPI reporting, and analysis for key business units and international segments.
Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, and senior management to deliver insights, set forecasts, and provide operational performance reports across regions.
Oversee and enhance reporting capabilities, managing data analysts to support core business and trading teams globally.
Prepare detailed sales reports and support the Finance Director and Shareholders with global initiatives, leveraging technology for efficiency.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager – FP&A vacancy:

Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent, with experience in a fast-moving consumer environment and exposure to international markets.
Strong ability to engage with commercial teams at all levels across different cultures and regions.
Proficient in data analysis with a solid understanding of global business operations.
Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to work with additional software such as Power BI.
