J&C Joel’s products and services can be found all over the world, from school auditoriums, TV and film studios and live entertainment venues to internationally renowned performing arts venues, including theatres, exhibition halls and the world’s most prestigious opera houses.

**The Role**

We are looking to appoint a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for creating digital content to promote the products and services of the company and its brand to specifiers, customers, and partners within the industry.

You will be working in a team of 4 but will need to engage and collaborate with all departments within the business (over 120 employees) to produce the content needed to successfully communicate the key messages of our business.

This position requires innovative contributions to the ideas and strategies for success, as well as the tenacity to deliver them.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other members of our Marketing and Sales teams to imagine creative concepts and deliver from concept to completion.
- Understand our product and services, and the industry we work in, so you can effectively communicate this to our audiences.
- Engage with our audience and correctly formulate messages.
- Create (design and edit) graphics and videos for social media platforms, company website, sales promotions, etc.
- Create digital catalogues, datasheets, brochures, trade show displays to distribute both physically and digitally through various channels.
- Support the creation internal and external presentations.
- Assist with the gathering of stories for both internal and external communications.
- Undertake and present competitor market research.
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as requested by your line manager.

**What are we looking for**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro.
- A recent graduate or at least 2 years of experience creating digital marketing collateral.
- A portfolio of graphic and video content you've worked on and delivered.
- The ability to work independently on long term goals without close supervision or day-to-day direction but remain linked to the team effort.
- Focus on delivering creative content that produce measurable results.
- Persistence, patience, and the ability to see a task through to the end.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- An individual who is willing to invest in self-development and understands the value that this brings.
- Ambition and self-motivation, someone who wants to work for the benefit of the whole team and who values honesty and integrity.
